The only reason my husband and I renewed our lease is because of Hurricane Harvey, and the fact that we didn't want to stress over looking for new vehicles and a new place to live at the same time. The only upside to this complex is Ana who is absolutely amazing with her tenants and is never rude or uncaring when you call her with a problem. Nothing is ever truly "fixed" when you put in a work order and the maintenance guys only leave messes when they leave. I have had personal belongings on my porch broken and ruined by the painters, I've had to go without a/c because no one wants to replace my unit even though maintenance told me they would put in a request for me to get a new one, and when they finally managed to fix my leaky ceiling they just painted over the waterlogged sheetrock instead of replacing it and getting that paint all over my floor. Every time you try to do laundry at least one machine will take your money either because kids come in and unplug the machines or just because the machines themselves suck.(and believe me that adds up for a $1.25 a load - I started to keep count and it is around $45) People have asked for cameras to be put up because people steal their laundry but nope no cameras. But after all of that my rent has been raised almost a $100 due to "renovations" yea ok! Don't let the new paint, pool, or gym fool you guys it's not worth your rent money.
