I was a loyal customer of Liberty Tax for years and even recommended them to several people. Last year, they made it a little difficult, but I gave them another chance. This year, the woman acted like she didn't want to work at all. I walked out, went home and looked up Turbo Tax. For a simple return, it's a free service and I have no idea why I've been giving Liberty hundreds of dollars every year. To top it all off, after filing with Turbo Tax, I'm somehow receiving twice as much as I usually do. I haven't changed jobs or anything. ?? Do yourself a favor, use Turbo Tax. I received an extra $2500 this year.
