I typically go to the pearland location and they always do a great job. So i figued since i was in alvin i would go to the alvin location. Veronica was the stylist to cut my sons hair. I can normaly show the pearland location a picture of a hair cut of what I want my sons hair cut to be and they always do a excellent job. I showed veronica a picture of what I wanted his hair to look like. Instead trying to cut it like what I showed her she had a attitude and said that the picture didn't show her anything. She went based off the great clip saved info. She didn't take very much time on my son's hair and completely screwed his hair up. Now I'm sorry that I ever went to this location and I will never go again. The pearland location never does a horrible job like this I am very disappointed. Now my son has a meseed up hair cut for the holidays thanks alot veronica.
